For sure, I really like their backcourt and as long as guys like Ross and Big V keep developing then you'll be in great shape. Do you know how much cap room they have left after signing Lowry?

Good deal for Lowry & the Raps. Tor was able to keep some talent while Lowry finally is getting paid & the ETO ensures that if the Raps don't progress in the next couple of years, he can opt out.

Not sure of the exact number but they have more money to spend

Look for them to next sign Vasquez and Patterson to multi year deals

Well when you consider the fact that average Bradley got 8 mill per year, I think Lowry is worth at least 12.

Will any top FAs sign in Toronto though? They need to get theirs through the draft. This is a solid playoff team, but no real upside to contend IMO. Phoenix is a more attractive destination.
