What I have said, is that he is a good hearted man who I have seen do some amazingly nice things.

Smoking weed doesn't in any way make you evil or a bad person. In his case, though, to continue keep screwing up makes you incredibly brain dead.

Possessing cannabis should not be a crime. Its pretty sad that the DEA classifies cannabis as a schedule 1 drug (most dangerous) and meth and cocaine as schedule 2 (less dangerous). The whole "war on Drugs is a massive failure and waste of tax money, not to mention it fuels the black market, overcrowds our prisons, and indirectly provides firearms for the cartels. Pretty stupid situation. God is probably laughing at us.
