Well that sucked. Great movement on the power play with plenty of control but nothing to show for it and then Montreal gets one early. This is the team our analysts say has terrible first periods.

They need to get some of their tip attempts on the net instead of high and/or wide. I agree with the staying out of the box. Lately the Kings penalty killing has been down towards their power play.

Mtl speed is giving the Kings all sorts of issues, even SH the Habs look quicker. Kings need to stand up at their blue line and take away their space.

That would entail actually hitting a spot you shoot at instead of getting it blocked or sending it high or wide. Not looking good at all for any points tonight. Gotta go and get 2 points in Toronto on Sunday and then try to get a point or 2 in St Louis.
