Nah, if the 49rs go on the road and beat the Rams in this game, I'll take big time notice... division games are always tougher, Rams are backed against a wall, this is a big game for the Rams, they are gonna fight in this one, so if the Niners deny them, I'll officially be concerned about the 49rs .... NOT that I don't think the 49rs can win the division either, they are playing good football, but some game are message games, and this is one of them...

Its just funny how the 9ers playing in Santa Clara, 21 miles from SF, where their team headquarters has been for half a century is some slight... but the seahawks HQ in Renton is justified because its such a world class facility.

All they can do is play the team on the schedule.

They can't control the fact that the teams they have played have a combined record of 5-15 or the fact that they have played 3 non conference games in a row against the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams in the worst division in football.

Niners have 3/4 of the season to go with no bye. The second half of their schedule is much tougher than the first half. They have a lot of injury prone key players that have a lot of games in a row to play.

You can hoist the 2nd place trophy through 5 weeks, but adversity is going to come. How they respond remains to be seen.
