UCLA is dreaming. They haven’t had consistent success since Howland. The UCLA lore has been quite diminished in the past decade plus. Even during the Lonzo Ball season in which they had one of the best offensive and most entertaining teams in recent memory, they couldn’t put asses in seats.

This. I'm not saying he follows through and retires at UK but I don't see him jumping to take over a dumpster fire UCLA program or not going because of taxes. It just doesn't pass the smell test.
