TT is having an awesome year, that's for sure. Pretty amazing how those guys through themselves around.

The Dominator made some of the best saves I've seen.

You can do that kind of stuff when you have a slinky for a spine:scared:

Call me a homer but this diving stick save on a three on one break by Miller is a classic! Talk about quick as a cat, Wow ! How did he get across the crease that fast?

You probably don't want to see it. It was a three on one break and Miller absolutely robbed Mara with a great stick save. Good stuff tho.

For the years I have watched hockey, if I had to pick one goalie for a series, it would be Roy.
If I had to pick one goalie for a single game, it would be Hasek.
Sorry Brodeur or any other goalie fans. Of course, I never got to see some of the older greats unfortunately.

Like Beantownmaniac said, Dryden was pretty phenominal, especially in 71. Bernie Parent was one of the best "big game" goalies I ever saw back in the day. Some others are Billy Smith, Gerry Cheevers and of coarse, the really old-timers like Glenn Hall, Terry Sawchuck, Johnny Bower, Jacque Plante and Gump Worsely.

I'm not dismissing the new guys. There are some really good athletes in today's game but they do have some serious advantages over the old guys.

Tim Thomas baffles me. The guy will make hi-light reel saves like the video on here and look like the greatest ever, especially in tight games. Then another game he'll let in 2 or 3 really soft goals in the first 10 mins of a game and have everyone shaking their head. I find it weird.

Thats his style, weird. Unorthodox definitely means you arent always going to be on your game. Luckily this year, he has been on fire for the most part. :rockon;
