Red Division in 2015 would consist of Louisville, UConn, Memphis, Navy, San Diego State, USF and SMU

Blue Division would consist of Boise State, Cincinnati, UCF, Houston, Rutgers, Temple and the 14th team.

WTF was San Diego State thinking? Is Fresno State or Air Force going to be #14?

why would they even stay in this bastard big east? yesterday the new commitee said the big east was going to be lumped in with the mwc, mac, sun belt and cusa for only the highest ranked team of those 5 leagues getting a money bowl (bcs) game bid. will playing the small catholic schools in basketball really make a difference for staying in the big east?

Wouldn't it make more sense to make east and west type divisions? Instead of running schools across the nation to play league games?

There are two things I really don't understand here..

1. Why the hell aren't they renaming the conference?

2. Why the hell aren't they splitting roughly east/west? The closer your fans are to their scheduled opponents, the better everyone's ticket sales will be. Albeit in this conference....not MUCH better.
