Broyles was a better receiver than Burleson had ever been for the Lions from day 1. If he can just stay on the field.

I agree that he could be but he hasn't yet so Meberts point is still valid.

You can hate him all you want, you still can't name one other receiver the Lions have had that would have done better. Broyles will be better if he stays healthy for sure.

And just for giggles:

Burelson year 2: 68 Rec 1,006 yards 9 TD 0 fumbles
Moore year 2: 51 rec 741 yards 7 TD 3 fumbles

I guess in 8 years we will see if Moore is still in the league and producing for a team.

They were talking about Moore. They just happened to show his stats the past two years as I was typing up my first reply to Mebert. I forget what they were talking about but I bet a million bucks the WR the Lions just took in the 5th round will be no Moore.
