Figure we can update the thread here throughout the year. At first glance -- I don't think it will be very close, as Washington is lining up and running it down Miami's throat. They have almost 100 yards rushing in the 1st half already.

I know Detroit's numbers will take a step back, but I can't see teams doing to Detroit, what Washington has done to Miami in this game.

I already said I think Miami will finish with a better record than Detroit, based on their schedule alone. Do I think Miami is a better team? No. They just have a soft schedule this year, while Detroit has a really tough schedule.

And I didn't counter with anything -- I offered you the wager, which you wouldn't take, up until I pointed out the RB's Detroit faces this year.

One player can make an impact, but it takes talent around that player to make a defense successful as a whole. Miami's defense is really good against the pass. They aren't very good against the run.

I agree with this, but not sure how it relates to what we are talking about? Neither of us are participating at all in the wager -- so neither of us are accepting a 'challenge'.
