Keep same players every year and not win games is insane ..

No team keeps the same players every year but smart teams keep their good young players. Good young players can improve and your team improves.

Historically, we are known as offseason winners, but look at our win record. Why don’t we win more games? I will tell you. We continually try to find the shortcut, we try to find flash, we don’t value the draft, we don’t value youth, and we have done a poor job of drafting. I will say this, recently, our drafting has been better and we haven’t been as flashy.

Soooo, basically, we need a really good GM?

I am okay with Nsekhe being too tall. It isn't like he is going to be standing upright and you have to look through lanes also. If they get to camp and like the kid Christian then he is likely going to make the team. That would mean 4 tackles on the line.
I don't agree with anything there. Christian's a raw rookie who should not be depended on... in his raw rookie year. And all it takes is a couple of plays that he's blocking the QB's view to be a disaster. Blocking the QB's view is why there aren't many successful tall guards in the NFL. At 6'8, he doesn't have to be standing completely straight to block a QB's view.

Just giving you the business back. :D 6'8" is big for any lineman. Ideally you want long armed guys at tackle because they play in space. Drew Brees, Russell Wilson and Baker Mayfield won't be looking over anyone.

Neskhe is tall for any line position and unless there is a problem with Trent or Moses he will be a backup. He has the long arms you want at the Tackle position but if he is going to be on the bench but instead can play guard I see no reason not to use him. His challenge is going to be to bend his knees to get leverage no matter what position he plays.

I get that there are traditional sizes etc. but I have no problem stepping out of the box if you have a guy that can play. London Fletcher was too short for the NFL. :nono:
