Im eating crow on guice
He is good. He runs with more power than I expected. He broke a shitload of tackles. He can also catch and has to be as good as Peterson in pass protection. If he stays healthy, AP may not see many snaps by season end.Guice is pretty freakin good.
then again, he ran through a dline decimated by injuries.
if the redskins had an above average oline, they could play bill callahans crappy, boring, predictable, plodding offense to the tune of 8-8 if they were lucky for seasons to come.

He is also a good bit faster than AP at this point. Petersen had a good game but I felt like Guice turned some of those same holes into longer runs. He has HR hitting ability.
We also have Love in the mix so guice Ad and love could be excitingTeam has an option on AP, while Guice looks like he may develop into an every down back, they might be smart to hold onto AP for one more year considering he isnt too expensive on his current deal

Since so many of the backs the Skins have injury history it would be wise to sign him for another year. I think they will have cap room. I would want Guice to be the feature back but in todays football a lot of teams share the duty.
