If we don't win this game, it'll be demoralizing like what happened against Atlanta last year. We all know what happened after that.

Now with a three run lead, it looks like we may be able to leave that hell behind us

Clearly, the Biggest Series Win of the season thus far.

Also, I think, the Biggest Single Game Win in 20 yrs, IMO.

Let's hope that this jump starts the Pirates for that final push into the playoffs!

The curse of Jerry Meals is now dead. LOL!

What a finale game against the Cardinals!

I watched most of it on Gameday. Anyone who uses Gameday knows that they typically post a few video highlight clips during each game. It's interesting that Josh Harrison was featured defensively in 4 of the clips from tonight's game..... three at second base, and one in right field. In that last one, he looked a little woozy after making an outstanding running catch just before slamming into the wall in right field. The guy made a believer out of me. His bat may not be strong enough for him to be a starter, but he seems to be a very handy guy to have on the bench. And he's still young enough that his bat may develop.

Interestly enough as I was waiting on the highlights the MLB network brought up the following as a facebook vote (Yeah I know it is a stupid poll):
Who is the NL Cy young winner:
Cueto, Dickey, Kershaw, Gonzalez (I have no problems with these four) but to add two closers in Kimbrel and Chapman with all the starters that are pitching well is very laughable. I know they are both great but no more valuable to their teams as Hanrahan, Motte or Clippard are and I would never expect to see them in Cy Young contention.

If you look at WAR yeah I know Chapman is valuable but if you use that Kyle Lohse should be in the picture before the closers or Dickey, Gonzalez and Kershaw.
