Let's rate the NFC East

I'm gonna go from worst to first

I'm going to put Philly at the bottom.
Right now they can score. Defense sucks terrible though. I have no faith in Vick staying healthy. I also think their fast paced offense puts too much wear on them as the season goes on .... wont be too long before the offense is so tired it will play as bad as the defense. JMO

Giants.... no secret what I think of their running back. Was a turnover machine in college. Imagine a young Tiki with half the ball running skills. Nothing outside of the front 4 on defense. Giants might throw up yards but it's always been because they could run the ball... they aren't New england and pass happy isn't winning them shit.

Redskins look terrible right now. Defensive secondary looks like shit. I don't see their problems as bad as Philly and the Giants though. I think redskins right now is a coaching problem.
Give RG3 some quick passes... build his confidence early make the lbers back off and maybe they can restart the runninggame....... Sorry Skins fans I still have yall as 8-8 but second in the NFC East.

Cowboys .... certain shit works certain weeks.... we havent put together a complete game on offense yet. If we avoid the injury bug I think we will fix that ... but hey injuries can fuck all that up.
Defense I love ... but it's also my biggest fear. As the season goes on into the late months..... do we have enough depth to keep our D-line fresh? That's pretty much my biggest fear.

I hate to say it cause I can't stand the Boys, but I think they run away with it and nobody else from that division sniffs the playoffs.

Tw1st, I think you give a good assessment of the state of affairs in the Division. IMO, you may be being generous with your 8-8 prediction for the Skins. I do believe we will turn it around, particularly with regards to our offense, but at this point, it may be too little, too late, with our schedule only getting more difficult. Unlike some, I still think our season is far from over, given the weakness this division has shown.

The Boys definitly look the strongest to this point and if they play consistently and stay healthy, I can't see them not taking the division this year. Consistency is what seems to me has failed you guys the last few years. The biggest advantage I think you guys have is the strongest defense amongst the teams.

Looking forward to the week 6 match up!

If the Cowboys win this week vs. Chargers, they will run away with the division like I said before the season started. Philly and Vick won't last, Giants are done and there is way too much dysfunction in foreskin land.

Seems pretty accurate to me. the only wild card is history. I think many seasons we have thrown dirt on the giants only for them to have a 2nd half a season come back.

Like already stated , I have seen the Giants do this same story before. They will look dead and then all of a sudden turn it own. Im still shocked they beat the Jets in Week 16 in 2011. This week is there test- if they win they still have a shot. If not, I will say stick a fork in them. The Skins started 3-6 last yr as we all know. Without RG3 running though, I think it could be rough. The Eagles , well with Vick healthy they are dangerous. The loss of Maclin though really hurts this team. McCoy is about as good as it gets. Dallas looks to have the best defense of the 4. Offensively, I worry about the identity. So much emphasis has been put on running the ball that Im afraid it will take us away from what we do best. The 190 yards was nice, but if anyone watched that snoozer last night, SF trumped that with over 200 vs the same team. I still think some sort of balance is a key though. With that being said, this is supposedly a QB driven league. The experts are saying this is the worst division in football and the records probably prove it right now. If its a QB driven league though, no division has better QBs as a whole IMO

Skins. Got lucky last season they suck
Cowboys. Run away with division if they can contine to run ball

Well, washington should win this week and the Giants are the popular upset pick this week... If washington and the Giants win this week then they can make this division very interesting... I would not give up on the Giants and skins just yet... Also I wouldnt be surprised if the cowboys lose to the chargers, they are not a great FAVORITE team(Romo years)... There are some teams that you always expect something to go wrong, for me those teams are the Cowboys, Lions, and Bears...

but it was SD I was thinking of. got that part right.

the 1992 San Diego Chargers started the season 0-4 and won the AFC West division at 11-5.
