Profar was 3-5 tonight. With 4 more games there he is on pace to get between 45-50 AB. That is about a Spring Training's worth of at bats.

Over the last 3 games including the one tonight he is 6 for 13 with 2 HRs, 1 2B and 2 BB.

Sometimes, the 54th time someone says something - which is the exact same thing you've been told by 15 other people for 2 years - all the nuts/bolts fall into place, it's the right voice at the right time, whatever.

Regardless, we are all sure thrilled to see it. And congrats for Tony pulling the correct string.

Not trying to preach to anyone here but Proverbs 27:17 states - "As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." Too many people say what they think the person they are talking to wants them to hear instead of being honest. Beasley did just that. Plus they were not only honest but they offered some solutions. RW I believe did Andrus no favors. He put in Andrus brain that he was a light weight hitter by using him constantly to bunt or hit and run. Good job by management. And I also like the job Beasley has done as 3rd base coach.
