According to Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, a league source said the NFL was “strongly considering” moving the Pro Bowl to Arizona to raise revenue and the profile of next season’s game.

Pairing the game up with the Super Bowl site at least makes for an attractive marketing opportunity, as it will get the top players into town and in front of the assembled media covering the title game.

Interesting stuff, could make for a fun football doubleheader week in Arizona for fans wanting to attend both games.

Interesting stuff, could make for a fun football doubleheader week in Arizona for fans wanting to attend both games.

I was thinking the same thing. I am already planning on purchasing Super Bowl tickets along side mode season tickets. I would probably attend the pro bowl as we'll if it came out here. The question is if the NFL would be willing to travel the Super Bowl and pro bowl side by side to no matter which city is the host?
