You'd think, looking at the score, that the Panthers dominated tonight but the difference in the game was basically goaltending.

Goaltending may have been brutal but it still takes a good effort to score on those chances. Credit your team for having the finish and killer instinct tonight.

I think the Leafs are doing with smoke & mirrors. Kessel has been on fire, however they're PK is awful. They're dead last in PK. I'm not sold on their defense either. They need whoever is in goal to stand on his head every night. I expect the Leafs to come back to the pack.

I think they've been dead last in PK since the lockout ended (maybe not quite that long, but it seems that way)

You're right they've been bad at PK since Wilson has been their head coach. Schenn seems to be regressing a bit. Komisarek is spending some time in the pressbox as well. So at least they know they have a problem on the blueline.

powerplay is also the only one in the league that averages less than a shot per pp opportunity.
contrast to the sharks, who average about 3.5 shots per pp opportunity

The worst penalty kills, all at under 80%, since then are Toronto (last), Edmonton, Atl/Winn, Colorado and Dallas.

I actually wouldn't be surprised. I think Nabby and RWil had a pretty good relationship in SJ if memory serves me correctly.
