In all seriousness, you take the url of the picture you want to link (usually I just google whatever I'm looking for, and take the full picture URL.) Then, when you are making a post, you go to the picture at the top where the editing options are (bold, font, alignment, hyperlink, etc. etc.) and you click the yellowish-landscape icon that comes up insert image. Paste your link into the box that comes up, hit ok, and you will be good to go. I would delete the http:// that first pops up when you open that box before you paste the link.
