Bills declared TE Tommy Sweeney, G Ike Boettger, OL Justin Murray. OL Alec Anderson, LB Baylon Spector, CB Xavier Rhodes, and S Dean Marlowe inactive for Week 17 against the Bengals.​

Sweeney is inactive for the second consecutive contest, leaving only Dawson Knox and Quintin Morris as the active tight ends. Alec Anderson was recently called up to the active roster only to be inactive on game day, which is probably the most surprising news out of Buffalo. Xavier Rhodes will be inactive again now that Tre'Davious White is healthy.

Bengals declared QB Jake Browning, RB Chris Evans, CB Jalen Davis, G Jackson Carman, DE Sam Hubbard, and DT Jay Tufele inactive for Week 17 against the Bills.​

No real surprises here as Trayveon Williams has been playing over Chris Evans when healthy. Expect Joe Mixon to maintain a hefty workload and snap rate with Samaje Perine the clear change of pace back. Williams should see mostly special teams work but is on hand for emergency duties out of the backfield.
