That's on the ref......if you don't SEE a foul why are you blowing the whistle? This is the legacy of Stern......the NBA has some of the worst officiating in all of the major sports. It's up to Silver now to address this. This is a black eye for the officials. That's just a terrible call on an obvious flop from a KNOWN flopper.

His hand hit his face because of the collision of his elbow with the other player's arm. You can clearly see it in the video. Even if you couldn't, its obvious from the completely unnatural movement of his arm.


I'm no fan of Lance Stephenson... I probably made that clear last season.... but there's really nothing to see here.

Actually watch the clip... don't just give it a cursory glance.

I don't see a missed call... I see an obvious, textbook illegal screen... before the dramatic fall.

I'd have no problem if you want to fine him for the fall after the fact... but the call is correct.
