You should see this book my grandson is reading in elementary school. The Junie P Jones series. You would not believe this story. It glorifies a smart, mouthed, nearly illiterate kid. Check out the stories on the net It will blow your mind that educators in cities like DC where my grandson lives think this is educational.Damn, I'm glad my daughter is grown and out of school. I wouldn't want to be navigating the bullshit of today's public schools and colleges these days..
