Big shot Bob is extolling the skill set of Kendall Marshall and he is stating that we indeed have a very good Point Guard with five straight double-doubles. He needs to work on running lay-ups though but he is a keeper.

Mitch learned from Jerry West. When allowed to do his job, he's an excellent GM.

Also, I read an article this morning that says all of this was basically Dr. Buss's plan, including hiring D'Antoni. He apparently knew a season like this was coming and signing these 1 year guys, etc. was part of his plan to transition from the Kobe era to the next.
