I'm proud of the effort on this back to back travel game. Except for the effort on the boards. Shows team is trying no matter what. Guess they have to relax at least in one area. But everything else is ok.

5 missed opportunities. What the hell!! The Nuggies are killing us on second chance points, points-in-the-paint, and free throws. We have missed a ton of opportunities just in the last several minutes. This game was definitely winnable but we folded in the worst time!!

Gasol facing the basket 1 foot away and he shoots a hook shot from in back of his head. Why? he has no lift what's so ever. He also was terrible at boxing out for a rebounds. I watched him numerous times wait for a Denver players shot to hit the rim first before he went to the basket to try to get the rebound instead of going to the basket when it left the hand of the shooter. He did play much better on offense though.

Just boneheaded stuff down the stretch in a very winnable game. Being lazy with inbounds passes is inexcusable. The Lakers have now lost four straight to Denver in Denver and that has not happened since 1995. Pau was 1-6 from the charity stripe and 11/26 on the night. This is just a lack of mental toughness. They go home for 4 straight and hopefully they'll be 2 above .500 after that stretch.
