Seems to me that something very important is getting forgotten here: Outside of the QB postition, and maybe WR to a lesser degree, the Rams have put together one of the strongest YOUNG teams in the league. One, maybe two right moves and/or strokes of luck, and we are on the inside looking out, instead of the other way around.

For all of you who thought Garrett Gilbert was a waste of time, he was signed by the Patriots after we cut him and has been re-signed by the Patriots for 2015. You watch, he'll show up on the field at some point after Brady is gone.

Just like Illinois Mike and Madison Hedgecock, both Rams castoffs who have superbowl rings with the Patriots and the Giants respectively, perhaps one day we will see Gilbert running the Patriots and having his career take-off like many others who left the Rams.:gaah:

Sometimes when you have as much fat to trim off as the Rams have had, you slice off a piece of lean in the process.

I doubt any of these dudes will ever be HOFers or even Pro Bowlers...

We all saw Gilbert this preseason. He had a few moments of success surrounded by terrible play. He's third string behind a HOFer and a 2nd rounder, just an emergency body that will never be active on game day.

It doesn't take a genius to see that Brady got rid of the ball fast against a good defense like Seattle.

Sam just needs to watch some video and get on the same page as his WRs. It's not difficult to copy a successful blueprint. Or it shouldn't be..

You know SJ, I think he was actually there. He looked to be in the last four games in 2013 and last years preseason.

IMO, more so than what you've pointed out here, Sam needs to find a way to keep himself on the field and be healthy enough to make an impact like he has been paid to do!

Maybe Bradford should sleep at a Holiday Inn Express.

Maybe as a backup to Garrapolo, but he will NEVER be the starter over JG. He is not pretty enough to start at QB in NE!! :pound:
