Busch's appeal is going to be heard today. I just don't see how he is going to win an appeal over a decision that was made less than 24 hours previously.

suspension sure, but ruining his career isnt warranted IMO. did he overreact..yes. but that bitch is crazy...she knew what she was doing in provoking him after their breakup and she has gotten exactly what she wanted.

His career with NASCAR was over with or without the suspension. Chevy stopped backing him, that means no SHR, Hendrick or Childress. He's burned bridges with both big Ford teams. He'll have to hope Gibbs or MWR signs him on , and I doubt either of them want the distraction, and I doubt Toyota would back him.

SHR is coming off a championship season, and this year they're hoping Tony Stewart gets back on track. Last thing the team needs is the distraction of woman beater, Kurt Busch. Try to lure Kyle Larson or some other young prodigy over to your team for next season.

I'm going to give Kurt the benefit of doubt before labeling him a woman beater. Yes, he has a sketchy past, but everything I am reading about this woman leads me to believe that Kurt may be the sane one of the two.

I agree completely, but how many folks collaborated her story and how many collaborated his story? Heck, even her own mom said her story was probably a lie. She even told SHR she is very good at making people believe what she wants them to believe.

I believe he crossed some line with an aggressive action, that would technically give her a right to go after him in court, but I honestly believe Danica probably physically abused Denny more than Kurt did her that evening. I don't think either side is really telling the truth.
