Kojo adds 15 pounds

Redskins sophomore OG Arie Kouandjio added 15 pounds this offseason.

A fourth-round pick last year, Kouandjio played just one snap on offense as a rookie, but he should push for a bigger role this year. There have been rumblings about current LG Spencer Long making the switch to center, which would open a spot in the starting lineup for Kouandjio. Washington has the makings of a solid offensive line, but they have to find a way to create more push in the running game this season.

Can Long really play center? If so, maybe that's why Scotty passed on centers like Max Tuerk.

What if Long fails at center but Kojo beats out Lavou and Long at LG? I guess this would mean lavou gets cut. Litch would be the center. Plus add Reuter to the mix. Its going to be an interesting camp for LG and C this year.

If he starts or contributes it will just reinforce that the 2015 draft was a very good one. 5+ players who could make significant contributions perhaps for a very long time. Jeez - in several previous drafts they didn't even have 5 picks & rarely did they have this many picks who contributed. If they can produce anywhere close to this in future drafts (which is certainly possible) this team could be very solid in the future.

stymie should get credit for this but he has been a supporter of rieter and apparently this guy is 15 lbs stronger and heavier . patience with 7th rounders sometimes pay dividends

kujo is progressing just as a 4th rounder should .

the good thing is you drafted 3 mid round to late round draft picks and all 3 have a chance to contribute

add to it a young sherf and moses and this o/line is shaping up as a deep versatile o/line

So he is 7 inches taller and 100lbs larger than me.... Like I said, IM interested to see if his college skills translate over. Add in that he plays with a mean streak... we need a bit more of that on our O-line

I love a mean OL. I think we have a few throwbacks but none more angry than Scherff. Williams has a nice mean streak combined with greater talent. This is an avenue I would love to see Moses improve upon.
