I think most players that have been interviewed have said the same things.

The difference is most of those kids can't afford to lose that scholarship, and a coach can stop you from transferring. Kobe had options, he didn't need a coach or college. The average player does.

Rice is a POS though. He's done coaching, nobody would even hire him to coach a YMCA team

He's coaching a girls AAU team. I cant believe the parents of the girls are cool with him coaching them after all this stuff came out.
