Eventually, I believe KK stays in DC for another year or two trying to realize a SB with Washington. We will be so good by then that he will be immediately hired in the next coaching carousel by someone. Just my hunch. Johnson takes the Bears HC job.

If you don't think David Blough, Anthony Lynn, Brian Johnson and Tavita Pritchard don't have responsibility in the player development, player success and overall offensive success Daniel's & Co have realized this year, you are fooling yourself.

Kliff calls the plays and has palpable accountability in JD5's overall success, but these other coaches put in the dirty work week in and week out. Kliff gets all the attention however because of his title and his play calling duties on Sunday's.

i dont think KK is HC material based on his history as an HC .

I think if the bears want him, he’s gone. The bears want an offensive mind and Kliff is probably near the top of the candidate list, but I think Johnson from Detroit is higher. Maybe even Coen from TB might be a little higher on that list too. However, I think Kliff gets a bad rap because his last QB acted like a knuckle head who didn’t want to put in the work.

I think he looks at how inmature caleb williams is as a player and perhaps as a person as compared to Jayden Daniels, and despite the relative dearth of talent (the bears have a legit wr room and better offensive line) the commanders have in comparison, he stays in DC and lets somebody else deal with that inferior diva.

The Bears can have Ben Johnson too, who spur ed an interview after the DC staff was already in the air flying to meet him.

It would be a perfect match of rash decision makers.

Not what I have been seeing on the sidelines. Not privy to communication from booth (Whitt) to field (DQ) but I can read lips. DQ is signaling in the call from the sidelines.

Sorry but I think he would be a fool to take either of those jobs.

I am just not impressed by Caleb because for every wow play he makes, there is the “how did you miss that badly“ throw. He didn’t get picked off because he was so far off on his passes, nobody was going to catch it.
