I'll take a shot.

1. Run Stopping DT (I'm willing to see what 94 & 93 do Saturday)
2. #2 WR
3. Corner
4. Right Tackle or Left Tackle (kick Coleman inside)
5. Running Back
6. Defensive End
7. TE
8. OLB
9. K
10. Third S

im leaning towards oline being more important than WR wight now. FA will dictate the draft

This is true. Now, we have a huge bankroll in cap space, but we also have a ton of FAs on this team next year that we have to address.
Please name the FA's we currently have that MUST come back besides BW (34 yr old), Chinn (26 yr old), Mariota (31 yr old) and possibly Fowler (30 yr old) on a team favorable deal? These 3 players will want to stay given what's being built. I don't see any more players we must bring back. Holmes (9 tckl, 2 sacks) maybe? I believe Jeremy Chinn should be rewarded with a 2 yr deal and he is 26 years old so worth it.
We should have roughly $63M to spend in FA if needed.

BW: $12.5M 1 yr deal ($2.5M more than this yr)
DF: $5M 1 yr deal (rotational player)
JC: $15M 2 yr deal ($7.5 yr 1, team opt year 2)
MM: $10M 1 yr deal (backup)
Reeves?
Zaccheaus?

Ertz can go.
D. Brown can go unless he takes a team friendly deal.
Ferrell can go.
Forrest can go.
Gonzales can go.
Iggy can go.
Keep Lucas?
BSJ can go.
Ott can go.

I don’t have to, you did it for me. Also, I didn’t say sign, I said address.

First, Wagner will be looking for a long term deal. From someone. For a one year deal, you’ll pay premium +. Marcus may be receiving interest from other teams as a starter. He played fantastic all year. Again, tho keep him, we will pay a premium. Maybe low level starter pay. Chinn, I sign for as long as I can. Agree with your assessment of him. He’s gonna get elite level pay.

As for the others, if you can replace them for improvement, then of course. But many are the type of backup that teams must have. How did you like our special teams performance this year? Well, these are the guys that made those teams what the are.

So, you start playing premiums, sing a top FA or 2, and try and upgrade every other current FA here, and, poof, your cap space is gone. Which is why it is imperative you hit on the draft.

My 2 cents before i read the previous post.

Order of importance
1. OT - protect Daniels and create more time to execute various calls, lessens need to scramble.

2. WR - imagine not having Terry for 2 or 3 games? Jayden is running even more because nobody will be open. TE you say? Not if Terry was out. We have to get a veteran WR in here asap or draft a WR high.

3. Improved pass rusher - i don't care if its inside or outside, there were too many games where the qb had all DAY.
I don't care who is playing CB, if the QB has all day, anyone could get cooked

Bobby Wagner- must resign. The likelihood of finding his replacement in the draft is low for year one and I don’t see a viable replacement on the team. As an AP, he is a no- brainer..

Jeremy Chinn- must resign. He has arguably been our best defender and is extremely versatile.

Fowler- I would like to resign but I think his play priced him out of what I want to pay.

Marcus Mariota- while I’m not a big proponent of having an expensive back up, I am not opposed to resigning MM who is currently 6 million. I think he will want more and I say no.

Dyami Brown may have earned himself an extension but if he want more than a mil or two, I’m out.

Whats your plan at TE with Ertz gone?
Please just don't say Sinnott

Neither bates nor Sinnot hve shown they are capable of replicating Ertz’s production. And Jayden needs a pass catching TE. Once again, muck like Wagner, he will be looking for a multi year deal as this will most likely be his last contract. And there are no available FAs that is of Ertz caliber. Which means you have to replace him thru the draft. Risky.

In case anyone doesn't know, I love the upside of Sinnott. Like I said earlier this year, if Ertz wasn't here, Sinnott I believe would have been the guy. Having said that, a FA like Juwan Johnson or Mike Gesicki would be my choice to sign and a draft pick at TE would be my plan. I'm certain some others may be cut so you have to look at a Noah Fant as a possibility as well.

I honestly think the guys you have listed stay. Let's check back this off season on these players listed and cost. Wagner alone returning will bring in a few more FA.

And before you say, "If he was good enough he would have played". No way, Ertz signed in FA to PLAY here, not sit or rotate. The respect DQ has for guys like Ertz and BW are huge and those guys were going to lead. I know DQ is not afraid to play rookies aka: Sanistril, Coleman, McCaffery or Daniels but they had to play as there was no one ahead of them better or capable. Sinnott is going to be a very good player for us.

This is where I struggle. What has Sinnott shown you that he can be a 60 reception TE? I just haven’t seen it. This doesn’t mean he can’t get there, but he only had 5 catches this year. If they thought he was a viable replacement, they would have started to work him into the game plan, IMO.

So if you're cutting Ertz, but believe Sinnott is capable of being the guy, do you really need to get a FA TE and draft one too? Or rather, why get another pass catching TE, why not a blocker. I say this because Ertz has been fire, and Sinnott has fallen off a cliff even in blocking. Jayden has to have a legit TE.

That’s a position that’s so important to this offense that it would be worth it to use a high pick on a stud.

Sinnott has fallen of a cliff? He rarely gets reps, he is not targeted and blocks very well when seldomly used. Ertz is NO blocker, makes catches if they are right at him and his YAC sucks.
Yes, DQ carries 3 active TE's each week. So, moving forward, Sinnott, Bates and a similar pass catching TE like Gesicki would be fine. I'm drafting another to take Bates place or Gesicki (likely on 1 yr deal) in 2026. Planning ahead.

Why do you think Sinnott has been a ghost this year? Isn't it odd a 2nd rounder isn't more involved offensively? He's not there yet bro, not by a long shot.
Bro, Ertz is NOT a vertical threat, moving the chains on short yardage is what he does, not to mention those clutch TDs.
My counter to you cutting Ertz was simply if Ertz can still play, why cut him? I think there has been a few games Bates ran more routes than Sinnott. I'm not yet saying Sinnott may be a bust, but im not sure if he's going to be a young Ertz next year either
