It's official....every time the lights burn bright, Kirk chokes. People may focus on the pics, but if you were paying attention, he was inaccurate all night. Consistently putting the ball in bad places for his receivers or flat out missing throws. He is not ready for prime time and is an interception waiting to happen. I've always thought Colt was a better option until we get a real QB in here.

You are right about KC choking last night. He played awful. Bad throws and bad decision making. This game was totally on him. But I wouldn't make a change to Colt. Way too early to do that.

Kirk chokes and is nothing more than a game manager. RG3 holds the ball too long and can't make his progressions. McCoy is a more athletic version of Kirk.

Yep & pretty much expected this to be the case coming into this season. Oh well - assuming it doesn't change - this will be a high priority during the offseason. If so - you never know where the next QB will come from - it will not always be the usual suspects. Remember - the Seahawks initial plan revolved around Matt Flynn. They somewhat lucked out & Wilson took over & helped lead them to 2 SBs (I know - he had a lot of help but that could also be the case with the Skins in a few years).

Kirk was awful last night. too many offensive penalties. Defense very little pressure. Special teams woeful. total team effort in loss. For this team to have a chance they need to be firing on all 3 phases of the game.

Speaking of your, ahem, plan. So Scotty Mac has Griffin's triflin, impossible for him to grasp even the simplest concepts of pocket passing, ass already hard at work studying film right? Or maybe they start in the most remedial of stages, counting out-loud just how many steps consist in a 1, 3, 5 step drop-back.

Oh, and that would also mean Gruden's definitely back for another year, correct? Goodness gracious, can you imagine Griffin having to learn yet another system of another HC. Hilarity would ensue of the Keystone Kops variety.

Archuleta was given 10 million to start 7 games at safety and stick around the rest of the year. While Ryan Clark was let go rumor has it for wanting to be paid the same as Matt Bowen. The guy he replaced after Bowen was injured. Bowen's whopping salary that was balked at by the Skins FO and Clark wanted to be paid - 750,000 for 3 years.

IM for just riding kirk the whole season no matter what happens. If we are terrible him and gruden go down together. At least rg3 won't determine grudens fate that way, kirk will.
But I really hope we beat the eagles and the rest of the season goes well meaning no one gets canned .

Where are people getting this idea that being against Cousins also means that you are a big RG3 supporter? Look at the original post - RG3 is not even mentioned & Brock stated switching to McCoy.

How about the idea that all 3 of the current QBs are not the Redskins starting QB for even next season? You can go on & on about playing Cousins all season regardless of his play. However - honestly - are most of us going to make this case if say he plays like he did against the Giants in just about every game? They are going up against some pretty good competition for the remainder of the season so that is possible.

Just try to look at this objectively & not simply from the pt of view of being either an RG3 or Cousins supporter. I am not crazy about either at this pt but will cheer like crazy for either one of them if they are starting.
