Where is Cook falling in the draft?


Mel Kiper is a hack. The man loved Jimmy Clausen and so many other duds from 1 NFL combine. The man forgets all about a player season every single year. No idea why ESPN has him around, but this is ESPN we are talking about. Cook doesn't make it past Tampa Bay.

I like Kiper. He was off on Clausen but I think he is one of the best evaluators around. cook is falling b/c of off field issues and simple football knowledge. McCaffery could jump him in the first round.

I will give you 19 to the Bucs. I have seen a lot of mocks where he is in the early to mid 20's. If you think Cook is the player you think he is why will he slide past the Eagles and Colts?

Why would Washington even entertain such a pick? They've been killing it at RB for years in the draft in mid-to-later rounds. Now they are going to take a RB in the 1st round that faced sub par defenses in college and had a good combine? The Warshington FO is laughing at you.

I know the Redskins FO is laughing at you. They like RBs in the mid/late rounds and have done fairly well at it. This is a deep draft for RBs. My guess is they grab 1 later, not the Great White Hype in McCaffery.

CM had a faster 40 at the combine. Plus CM has return ability Cook doesn't. It depends on what team will draft him. Why do you think its a huge gap between the two? They are two different type backs so its not a fair comparison. My team can take Cook and I will be happy with the pick. I like them both but why the hate for CM???
