You can change the offensive plays though.

Trying to figure out the craze of a guy who only got to 8 wins once in his 5 year career as HC and only had 2 winning seasons in 5 years. Head coach within the state of Texas and he didn't get much done.

This reminds me of these recycled NFL coaches who continuously go sub.500 or around .500 in the league and continue to get head coaching jobs.

This is a killer hire. I am shocked he didn’t wait around. He had NFL interest as an OC. I would love to know the details on that contract and the promises associated with it. This is not a typical USC move, when was the last time they spent money on a coordinator
