Lucic shutting the bed and Jones shutting the Kings down? Funny end to things. That said, Jones did not have to be great in light of the Kings poor offensive chances.

In light of missing the playoffs last year and winning one playoff game this year, I don't think it is a knee jerk reaction to consider significant changes. Too much individual talent to build around.

Surprising that most of the poor play was from the forwards and Quick...well except for the end of season Muffin

This team needs a lot of fixing and to get younger. Everyone except Doughty, Kopi, Carter, Quick, Toffoli, and Pearson should be expendable. Need to focus on getting quality d-men. Scuderi, McBain, and McNabb aren't going to cut it.

While for the most part I agree, it is telling that DD, Carts and TT where all -5.

Out of gas. DD logged a lot of minutes this year. Carter not a young guy. TT's slump since January was disappointing.

The Sharks staff did a good job pacing, resting their team all year. A luxury the Kings could not afford.

Kings got worked over by a hungrier team. Kings failed to make any adjustments offensively to compensate for their lack of D. Disappointing end to the season for sure given that they had such a successful regular season after missing the playoffs last year.

The team will be different going forward.

Not overly upset. I don't put every game/season out there anymore. Yes I love the Kings, and they have 2 cups that I never thought they could have that.

This is a tough Western Conference. Every team built them selves up to compete with us and the Hawks.
