Fox just said Karlson doesn't kill penalties, wtf and how is he in contention for the Norris

Been saying this for the last 3 years. Karlsson plays protected minutes, the majority of his starts are in the OZ and he rarely sees PK time.

The Norris has been a joke for some time, they really should make two trophies - an offensive defenseman trophy and then the Norris, true two-way/all situations/reliability and responsibility as a defender.
