OT: right when these "cage fighters" and MMA stuff was taking off about 10 years ago, at the watering hole I used to frequent when I lived in HB this beefy guy with tats all over his arms and such would come in, sit down, try to be all hard to people and would tell people he was a cage fighter. I picked up the smell of crap immediately but not a lot of others did.
Fast forward to Christmas 2003 and the bar threw a closed party for all the regulars, and he got a little lippy with another guy who we would see maybe 1-2 times a year but was a great guy and popular. Reason he was gone was because...he was a Special Ops guy for the US Navy. Some of the stories this guy told me were nuts, and he had the battle scars and proof to prove it too.
So Assliction gets mouthy, Mr. SEAL told him to pipe down and one thing led to another and a full scale brawl between the two erupted. It was over in 15 seconds and Mr. MMA was lights out staring at the ceiling. The beauty was the Navy guy was almost a foot shorter and about 50 pounds lighter but he manhandled that guy like nothing.
Mr. MMA never showed up again.
