10 minutes before the draft my daughter goes into this insane tantrum and I ask the wife to handle it.. she's doing ok for a minute.. I'm getting ready to draft. Then the wife starts screaming..daughter is screaming.. dog is getting anxious and pacing and I finally give in and play peacemaker. an HOUR later its resolved and I miss the draft. I can't win.

But my auto draft wasn't too shabby! It could've been a lot worse. Lots of holes to fill but some decent core players. LOTS of holes.

Doesn't look too bad for autodraft, I'm sure you will pick some guys up through FA or trade as the season moves along.

And that's how it goes my man, I was in a similar boat - Junior II is a whiner, I couldn't get him off pops but finally Mrs. Puck was able to hang onto him for a while.

Fleury has me concerned, while he's good for wins he is all over the map in terms of day to day play; some days he looks stellar, other days he looks like ass. 7-11 part 2 except this guy has a Cup. I'll see how he looks early on but he is available for another starting goalie to everyone FYI.

One thing that hasn't changed? My shitty draft position. I just don't get it, I would love to have a top 3 pick for once doing this after 10 years with you guys.

Revisiting this 2 months later and they both have made minimal impact on their teams although both heated up for me at the same time about 2 weeks ago.
