KHL-NHL: Maxim Goncharov signs with Phoenix

One of the Russian top defensive prospects Maxim Goncharov, 20, signed a contract with Phoenix Coyotes.
Last season Goncharov was +5 in 51 games for CSKA (KHL) while scoring 17 points (4+11).
He was drafted in 5th round in 2007 (123 overall)

I think free agency had already started in KHL (their season ended more than a week ago). I'm sure we'll hear about some NHLers moving to Russia after July 1.
Both leagues agreed to play by the rules when it comes to contracts, also IIHF is monitoring the situation (not that anyone is scared of it).
