Cut this bust loose. He's terrible. Never ever draft WR in the first round. EVER. He will never be what we expected him to be. And i'll go one further, this has nothing to do with his injuries. He just sucks. Can't catch, can't run, can't get open, he is junk.

Never ever draft WR in the first round? That’s a moronic statement by a stupid mother fucker.

Glad to see you're on the "never should've drafted Kevin White" bandwagon. I've been on it since 2015. I'd like to think I'm driving it, but it's not likely. Vic Beasley was there, and Pace the svengali didn't want him. :mad2::gaah:

This is @BsGenius' market, and it's cornered.

BS is to the Bears forum, what BigDGarcia is to the movie forums.

I'm just saying drafting White over Beasley was retarded. Said it then, saying it now. What you won't find me saying is never ever drafting a WR in the 1st round ever.

Word. Ya, it's not my preferred position to pick, but there are definitely exceptions to the rule.

I will reserve too much judgement of White until the regular season. His one catch that he did have last nite(1 for 10 yards) was all YAC yards, so that's not horrible, I guess? I think the kid could still contribute, assuming he doesn't break his vagina.

I'm like most in here in that I prefer to draft first in the trenches on both sides, followed by LB and secondary, followed by RB, then finally WR. However, that's just in general, not player-specific. If by chance we were to ever reach that nirvana situation where we're stacked at the OL & DL, stacked at LB & secondary, in fact stacked everywhere else except WR and a highly rated prospect was available when it's our turn to select, under those narrow and unlikely scenarios, I could see taking one with our first pick.

I would take a Calvin Johnson like prospect if he were the best player available. The issue here is Vic Beasley was the best player available and everyone knew it at the time, except pace.

Ya, even dumber considering we already had Alshon.

If I remember right, we had just let Brandon Marshall walk too. Pace obviously grasped at what he thought was a need position.
