I take a flyer on the Navy Midshipman in the 6th if he is still around I think he could turn into a player given the right opportunity just not at QB. slot receiver, kickoff-punt returner cop running back ? special teams gunner etc

Young man has tools and being a Navy guy his character should be a outstanding addition to the locker room.
