Even if they're not thinking that deep, it's already a big enough problem as it is. Any level-headed fan who hears "getting the respect of the officials" can't not but question if there are any standards for fouls that refs follow at all, right? If it's literally just up to the refs (as the statement implies), then fuck the rules. There are no rules!
