KC not improving

We saw it in 2012. Now it may have been fools gold, but we did see it during that season.

I agree but how long ago does that feel?

i hate to say it but i am with dean on this . people on this board forget things soooo damn easily . they claim they understand we are rebuilding but write and act like we should be division champs

we are a 6 win team . we will look bad at times and good at times

KC is an avg qb but after this loss most claim he is worse but that wasnt the tune a couple of weeks ago and wont be next week

we are missing hall and culliver . we lost our starting FS , we have an o/line with a combined 18 nfl starts for the entirety of the WHOLE unit . we lost 3 te's and are playing the 4th and 5th guys there and we havent seen jackson all year

our team didnt have good depth to begin with

KC will perform well vs tampa , struggle vs NE , will play well vs chicago struggle vs the giants and bill play well vs the saints will play well vs the giants and boys at home and the eagles on the road with this team as currently constituted

KC was being asked to carry the team yesterday . he cant . our players need to get healthy , and guys like morris need to produce . kerrigan isnt playing well the rush defense isnt playing well special teams arent very good

now i get to listen to people on this board tell me the next franchise qb is in the draft , well name him ? and dont come at me with crap that "we dont know " because of the brady miracle from 1925 so come back with a name and show me a year one starting franchise qb coming out in 16 because there isnt one

And therein lies the problem - inconsistency. I have no doubt that a lot of what you state is true & yes perhaps people are asking too much of Cousins. However - his continuing issues and inability to put together even a few good consecutive games is troubling. You have to remember that his turnovers are now occurring in a "safe" offense that is designed to minimize mistakes - not good.

To me this just points out the likelihood that someone not on the roster will be the QB of this team in 2016. Again - I truly don't believe that it needs to be a top 10 pick nor someone that will ever be as good as a Rodgers or Brady. For the time being this team needs someone that they can trust and someone who can at least be consistently a little above average. Cousins still has some games this season where he can prove us wrong, but I am not holding my breath on this one.

Not sure if we are being unrealistic, but I don't see anyway that this team can live with the type of QB play that was shown yesterday when you consider that the 2nd tier O-line actually did fairly well.

i am not saying that any qb on this roster is an answer . what i am saying is you cant say that KC needs to be a game manager blah blah blah and then turn around and expect him to carry the team . he cant but people on this board feel that way

If you watch him play and think average QB you have some blinders on.

33rd in Y/Att
31st in passer rating

Where do you get average from those stats? Those are REALLY bad.

the part about not knowing why they suck after halftime is really sad to hear. It's pretty simple, one team has made adjustments and the other isn't as good as them. Lack of depth probably hurts too. All I learn from this? Take the Skins at the half to cover in your bets
