I had Stanford in all my brackets, and I thought it was a no-brainer. The Big 12 is overrated this year and that's been very evident in their tournament results so far.

Iowa St. and Baylor the only Big XII team built for tourney play. They have a great combination of guards and bigs. Kansas and Texas have weak guard play. OU has great guard play but no bigs. You have to be able to go inside or out to advance.

Kansas is the inferior team with Embid in the lineup and IMO take out Stanford handily with him playing.....but he wasn't. Stanford took advantage and stole a game in basically a home game for Kansas. Living on the West Coast Im shocked. Pac-12 is underrated. Stanford can be a scary team when playing well. Problem is they are inconsistent. You don't know which Stanford team will show up. Either way congrats to Stanford and all teams should be on Fear the Tree watch moving forward.
