Nice, but a little chilly in the morning. I'm having to wear a shirt in the mornings/evening. It is nice doing outdoor work in the afternoon without feeling like I'm sunstroked.

My tomatoes are very happy. The harvest is about a gallon every 2 days.

I'm thinking a really cold winter is coming.

Man, the mornings have been just fabulous. 50's in the morning beats 80 or so.

Farmers Almanac says cold and above normal precip. I can live with the snow, even 12-24 inches of it, but the ice just plain sucks.

That's the advantage of lake living. Almost every morning has been in the 70s or less this summer. We even had a low in the 50s in late July.
