I don't think the players are any worse. It's all the pussification of the game that's killing defense across the entire sport. You can't hit anyone anymore so how are you supposed to defend?

Players are also faster and schemes are much more sophisticated.

yep. they needed to get out bounds there to have a shot at getting the 2 minutes warning as a timeout if they don't get it

I dont see how KC does not go for something here. I dont think they have a guy who can kick it that far so I would say pass for a 1st down try
