Curl was a good player that started missing time to injury. Wish him well but the Rams can kick rocks

I've read that as well. That Curl's lack of TOs, specifically INTs, factored into him not being asked back. Seems like more bullshit to me.I liked Kam but almost know TOs. I think they preferred Chinn.
Just relaying what I have heard. I don't think he was ever in APs or DQs plans.I've read that as well. That Curl's lack of TOs, specifically INTs, factored into him not being asked back. Seems like more bullshit to me.
Both came into the NFL in 2020.
Jeremy Chinn - 2 INTs, 3 forced fumbles, 3 fumble recoveries, 17 passes defensed, 4 sacks, 2 fum ret TDs.
Karmen Curl - 3 INTs, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, 14 passes defensed, 5 sacks, 1 INT ret TD
All of Chinn's TOs happened in his first 2 years. Curl had a FF and FR last year.
Far as injury/missing games go. Chinn's missed 13 games in his career. Curl's missed 5.
Chinn's bigger, 6'3" 220 lb to Curl's 6'2" 198 lb, but might also be more prone to missing games.

Homey, if they did TM like they did Curl. I'd be all typeS of butthurt.I guess if it was Terry I'd feel like Breed.
Hit the ceiling? This guy is going to be great for the RamsI think Curl hit his ceiling. If the new regime felt that way, why pay him for what he is? Chin is a nice stop gap to likely another box safety taken in this years draft.
I didn't feel called out, just showing my work so I can get a B+.That's cool. I'm not trying to call you out or anything. i know multiple writers have leaned that way. I also know that they don't really know either so they're just spitballinn as well. Just when you see both Curl n Chinn's TOs at the same time. The Curl didn't come up with enough TOs doesn't really stand up imo.
Chinn's bigger size on the other hand is a valid reason. Particularly if the Skins FO/coaches plan on using him in the box primarily. But that rises another question and I know there's still plenty time for the FO to address so I'm not trippin really, but...................as it stands right now. I can't think of a single DB on the roster that I'd call a cover guy.
Not saying he cannot be good for the Rams. Perhaps McVay & Co will take coach him to another level, but he plateaued in DC. He is a good player and I believe the Rams signed him to a fair deal.Hit the ceiling? This guy is going to be great for the Rams
Word.I didn't feel called out, just showing my work so I can get a B+.
I think he's gonna be good for the Rams. He can play wherever you want him to. In the box n in coverage.Hit the ceiling? This guy is going to be great for the Rams
