I mean...maybe he's paying homage to Peter the disciple crucified upside-down because he didn't want to go the same way as Jesus? Or he likes being positive so he wears a plus sign around his neck? It does look funky.

I think you're on the right track. It must be a plus sign, because he is the posterboy for addition by subtraction...

I might be pointing out the extremely obvious but does anyone else think that whole bit looked rehearsed? Not that it should come at a surprise as I'm sure these things are often rehearsed but I found it painful to watch that "debate". It looked so phony to me.

On another note, in the past 9 months I've gone from being sick of hearing Crosby updates to being sick of hearing people complain about Crosby updates. Is being sick of hearing people talk about Roenick being sick of hearing Crosby updates next for me?

I can only imagine the reaction to this at the swamp back in it's "glory" days (post-exodus but pre-makeover).

I'm already sick of hearing people talk about Roenick being sick of hearing about Crosby updates. It doesn't take long for me to get sick. I have a poor immune system.

If Sid never came back, I wonder who the next "face of the league" would be. I can't really think of one player that stands out. The media would have to latch on to someone for those slow news day debates.
