I'd say the probability of him playing again is probably low.... He reminds me of Odell.

aren't there players in the NFL, had they tested positive for ALCOHOL (legal) it would have been swept under the rug? Marijuana is legal in Colorado, so what if Manning decided to get some 'prescribed' to him for 'neck pain'? wouldn't the NFL be ok with that?

I think the NFL hates the Browns just as much as they hate the Bengals. just a theory, probably wrong, but something that should be looked into.

of course, if he never got caught driving drunk, no one would give a shit right now. plenty of players are alcoholics and pot users and just know how to within the system. (like calling a cab)

and yes, I'm just pissed off because I know someone would draft him in the 2nd round of the fantasy draft and make everyone elses team stronger by default.

Not to mention how funny it is that the NFL lets players consume narcotic pain killers like they are candy, but suspend guys for an entire season when they smoke weed.
