I would have been good continuing forward with Keenum last season as I did think the Scangarello system would have been a better fit for him. So trading a 4th round pick for a guy with as big of a contract as Flacco had yeah was not fun to experience. I had talked myself into the idea that he could be an average QB again with a new start, but obviously he was nowhere near that level.

Agree. I think Keenum got a raw deal here, and should have been given another year. I don't think it would have changed anything about our offseason if we kept Keenum, except we would have had another pick in the draft.

The Broncos get the salary cap relief on Flacco on 6/1 to the tune of $10 million (something about the roll over cap space rules). With Jano they got a draft pick.

I was surprised when the Broncos picked Flacco up in the first place. Hope D. Lock is the right QB of the future. The team's had too many starting QB's lately.
