He started begging at the 2 minute warning, so I made a deal with him that he gets to watch once the clock hits zero. It's always a negotiation between me and the kids. LOL. My wife is the real parent of the family.

Just watched it. He could've been flirting with her, but it's too ambiguous to say for sure that's what he was doing. Saying "baby" could mean different things. Maybe he's a medium and he was channeling Al Davis. Maybe he says baby all the time and uses that word with teammates, too, and when he used it with Andrews, he realized how people might think he's flirting with a 41-year old woman and it made him smile and laugh about it.
