Sounds to me like something paranoid/unhinged/incompetent/pathetic team owner Woody Johnson was behind and responsible for. But he'll probably name some insignificant staffer as the fall guy to take the blame.
Dude is without question, the worst owner in the NFL...and there are a few others right behind him, but he takes the cake.
NFL's board of governors and Roger Goodell should contract them out of the league, or have a mandate for their sale.
