I want to go back to the successful approached we used in our glory years. Build through the draft and from the trenches out. You may not win every game till you get all the pieces in place, but at least you can control the line of scrimmage and tempo and stay in games and be respectable till that point.

OK, to make it a little easier and focused. Would you give up Dez for the Rams first. And by that I mean the lower 1st that should be around pick 12 or so. No way they give up the Skins pick cause it might be the #1 pick in a talented QB draft. I think the Rams are in a golden position by the way. If they land the #1 pick from the Skins they might be able to rob yet another team like they did the Redskins. Could you imagine if they traded back to number 10 to 12 and pick up 2 more firsts in addition. THey could have two #1's this year, three #1's next year and two #1's in the 2016 draft. THat would be 7 first rounders in the next three drafts. THey have a nice team with a bad OLine. They could draft two top tackles in this draft and be sitting on 5 more 1st rounders. WOW!

THats why I'm saying the Rams could give you their 1st (aprox pic 12-13 in the 1st) for Dez. You pic up young talent and not have to dish out a HUUUUGE contract to Dez.

Who said anything about just the rams? You have teams like the Raiders, Browns, Jaguars, jets that all need wr's and have money for them. I think Dez would look great on the opposite of Bowe in K.C.

I would before signing Dez to the huge contract his agent will demand. He hasn't put a full season together yet. Now next season he may or may not, but if you wait til the end of the season you wont be able to trade him. Only sign him or release him.
So if a trade is gonna be made it has to be early next year. Think the cap relief (of not signing him to a huge contract) & a kick ass draft pick would help speed up turning this team around, instead of signing him & hoping for all the scrubs to play above themselves for one magical season.
I vote for a blockbuster trade. That isn't even bringing up his cancerous attitude.

If the Rams want a big money signing we'll find 1 in free agency. If the Rams are going to use a top pick on a WR it'll be on a top rookie WR.

That would be wise. You don't want our sloppy seconds.
